Ynmo – Special Education Management Platform [2016-Ongoing]

Assessing and planning for individuals with special needs is a complex process giving the nature of the educational experience these individuals will need.

Ynmo is a complete solution that empowers practitioners and special needs teachers to carry all the process, starting from assessing the individual behaviors to overseeing the performance progress.

Between 2016 and 2019, I was one of the founding members of the technical team. I owned designing the product experience and the front-end development for the complex solution.

Since 2020, I’m playing an experience & strategy consultancy role to enhance the business strategy and connect the dots between the strategic goals and the product roadmap.

Also, I have updated the end-user to-be journey map & manage the design team to deliver the re-visited version of the platform. In addition to overseeing the design team, plan for the new joiners’ development and onboarding.
