Malaeb – Stadium & Players Reservation

Malaeb is an application that allows players to book and manage stadiums’ reservations, browse the stadiums in their area and easily find a suitable stadium to book.

I have helped the team solve one broken stage within the journey, which is Creating a Match.

Starting with evaluating the current screens heuristically and highlighting where the recent experience lacks usable and seamless interactions.

After that, I interviewed the stakeholder to understand the main pain points and user behavior based on the team’s insights and analytics.

The last step in the engagement was to design low-fidelity screens for the Creating a Match journey.
